Because everything is shaped and glazed by hand, variations in size, form, and finish are not just expected—they’re embraced. Glaze irregularities and surface textures will naturally occur, especially where the underglaze meets the clear glaze on top. It's an unpredictable interaction that adds depth and character to every piece.

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at nirvelliceramics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box so we can assist you accordingly.

Shipping Lead Times

Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio within 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take a bit more time—usually around 4 to 6 weeks to create. Once your order is carefully packed and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
